Did you know?
The most recognized mint plant, spearmint is famous for its refreshing, peppery flavour that instantly awakens the senses. This North American plant has long been used to ease digestion and treat nausea and motion sickness. Inhaling the steam of spearmint tea relieves nasal congestion, making it a popular tea to consume when faced with the common cold. Delicious on its own or when blended with lime or licorice flavours, it is no wonder why spearmint tea is valued both in its native land of North America and internationally.
